​ ​The laptop model  on the image are not working properly and the reason are battery not strong enough to operate at least an hour. Without the charger connection of the laptop is useless to  use. Especially your bringing this laptop at work or school. You can not be able to work for the project or assignments.  So it's a must to replace a new one and always do picked the original one to prevent  the damages of other parts specially the motherboard. To know the model of battery, it will be shown at the back of laptop. Provide the model at the shops so they can assist to present a good battery that match on laptop. Take note from the replacing of new battery that after got replace of a new battery, directly put a charge on it for at least 2 hours or until its battery full. 

​ ​After the encountered battery issue was solved and  have seen that the other hard disk from your laptop to be used as backup datas are not detected. Only the solution is to have do data recovery. Because once the hard disk are not detected there is two problems may know, whether its software or hardware problem. For data recovery case is a must to present the hard disk to the data recovery center as they are expert on all faulty drives. If there is an important datas and worth to have them back. DO FOR IT! Because the hard drives once its been start not working properly do something to revive your data.
