​ ​Customer bring the HP Printer that  is not working and saying it's got damaged because of the wrong refilling of the ink. It was mistakenly refilled the ink color into other colors. 

Lately! they have noticed it was from the ink problems, when they have start to check the  printer. Because of after it's get started to make some print  then  after a while directly not working. They have investigate first maybe of loss cable or not power on well reason of got shut down.

Upon receiving this case and have checked the printer to get repair. Have seen the ink comes to head already so unfortunately the printer are no way now to be repair because of the head was damaged already since the time of getting print.

Take note: If the ink was mistakenly filled on the wrong colors. Don't ever try to have print on it. Because the wrong colors may goes to head and immediately may get damaged. On that case there is no solutions to get repaired.
