Scope of support:
-Remote support (Via TeamViewer or equivalent)
-Microsoft Windows Update maintenance.
-Microsoft Windows OS maintenance.
-Microsoft Office maintenance.
-Networking maintenance (Software side only).
-Printers maintenance (Software side only).
-Email configuration.
-Security maintenance
-Formatting & reinstalling Windows & other software up to 5 times with no additional charge.
-Synology NAS maintenance support (Software side only).
* Unused hours can carry over to the next month (up to 3 hours max) valid for 4 months. Cost once exceeding the allocated hours is BD 5 per hour.
** Once exceed the free visit or max monthly visit cost is BD 10 per visit + credit from support hours.
